A soirée to remember: innovative, dramatic and better than ever before.

Every year, Soirée creates an annual awards dinner for one of our long-standing clients. And every year, we strive to 'push the envelope' to make it more outstanding, more innovative and even more memorable. This year was no exception.

Using a massive 30-metre screen, we created an ever-changing multi-media show and live feed during the awards. We aim to constantly surprise and delight guests from start to finish, so part of the screen ripped away to reveal the band in a dramatic climax to the ceremony. As always, we combined innovative technology with surprising ideas and incredible attention to detail… ensuring that the awards not only lived up to our client's expectations, but also surpassed them in every way possible.

How do you surprise and entertain executives who've attended dozens of conferences? With a conference like no other, that's how.

For one of our clients, the challenge is to create a biennial event that will interest, excite and invigorate a group of executives who've attended their fair share of conferences.

So this on this occasion, we revved up guests (literally) by transporting them to their destination by helicopter, Harley Davidson or boat. And that was just for starters. Throughout the day, we left no stone unturned to ensure the entertainment constantly surprised with army-style assaults and even a cocktail vs canapés competition. In short, it was like nothing else the attendees had ever experienced.

Holding Back The Years

You only turn 50 once. So our client celebrated with an once-in-a-lifetime extravaganza.

A private client approached us with a dream brief: to create a decadent, delightful, multi-event birthday celebration. So we planned a series of unique 'events' over the weekend, starting with a long Italian lunch on the Saturday afternoon, progressing into a nightclub as darkness fell and culminating in a 'recovery breakfast' on the Sunday.

From go to whoa, the Soirée team were hard at work. We constantly reinvented sets to surprise guests and transport them to difference worlds of decadence and whimsy. From flowers to fireworks to the finest food, we ensured every detail was sorted to the nth degree, ensuring that those who can remember it …will never forget it.

A sponsors' lounge gets a radical makeover to create an out-of-the-ordinary neighbourhood.

Sponsor lounges are an incredibly important but often underrated area within conference formats. Not so in this case where the Soirée team came up with a fresh, innovative and adventurous approach to redefine the way we experience sponsor involvement at conferences.

The team devised the concept of 'The Neighbourhood', a central hub for attendees to network, eat, drink coffee, mix with sponsors and generally feel comfortable hanging out. We created themed areas based around neighbourhood stores and amenities, including food 'shops', cafes and parks. As well as ensuring sponsors gained maximum exposure, The Neighbourhood promoted a sense of community and family, one of the key drivers underpinning the client's company ethos.
